Ni-Free Cores : ANF
This is a Nickel-free material based on Fe-Si with a high saturation flux density of 17,000G.
It overcomes the high core loss typically associated with Fe-Si, making it ideal for improving the efficiency of inductors in high-current applications.
It is widely used as a high-current power inductor in electric vehicle chargers, solar power systems, and various industrial equipment.
Since it does not contain the expensive element Nickel, it is a cost-effective material.
